Removing Cylinder Head - Left Cylinder Bank

Remove coolant pipe -2- .

Coolant pipe
1. 1.1 Unscrew screws for coolant pipe -1- .
2. 1.2 Remove coolant pipe -2- .
Remove coolant control valve -3- .

Coolant control valve
1. 2.1 Pull off vacuum hose -1- .
2. 2.2 Unscrew screws on coolant control valve -2- and pull coolant control valve -3- off the coolant pipe -4- .
Remove guide for oil dipstick -1- by unscrewing screw -2- and pulling guide for oil dipstick -1- up out of the crankcase cover - Arrow- .

Remove coolant vent line -1- by unscrewing screw -2- and pulling the line connection out of the cylinder head.

1. 6.1 Unscrew screw -2- .
Remove cylinder head.

1. 7.1 Unscrew screws on the cylinder head in the sequence -10 to 1- .
2. 7.2 Remove cylinder head.
