Removing Right Charge-Air Cooler

Upper pressure hose on right charge-air cooler

1. 1.1  Loosen screw-type clamp -2-  .
2. 1.2  Pull off pressure hose -1-  .
3. 1.3  Close off connections with stoppers.

Lower pressure hoses on right charge-air cooler

1. 2.1  Loosen screw-type clamps -3 and 4-  .
2. 2.2  Pull off pressure hoses -1 and 2-  .
3. 2.3  Close off connections with stoppers.

Threaded joint for charge-air cooler (shown on left)

1. 3.1  Unscrew screws on charge-air cooler -2-  .
2. 3.2  Guide charge-air cooler -1-  out of the holder -3-  and remove it.
