Final Drive - Differential, Differential Lock

Assembly overview - final drive

1. Torque converter with drive plate
2. Sealing ring on torque converter
3. Sealing ring on differential housing
4. Adjusting shim
5. Holder for solenoid
6. Screw for holder > Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.) 
7. Solenoid-clean if necessary
8. Outer ring for taper roller bearing for differential, inner
9. Screw in and tighten screw (two versions) on differential cover and tighten screws in sequence!

     > Tightening torque 35 Nm (25.8 ftlb.)  > Tightening torque 47 Nm (34.66 ftlb.) 

10. Flanged-shaft sealing ring
11. Flanged shaft
12. Circlip-replace! 
13. Oil filler screw
14. Differential cover
15. Adjusting shim
16. Outer ring for taper roller bearing for differential, outer
17. O-ring-replace! 
18. Differential gear (differential, bevel gear/crown wheel)
19. Transmission
20. Roll pin-replace following removal! 
21. Lever for parking lock shaft
22. Sealing ring for parking lock shaft
23. End plate
24. Left flanged shaft
25. Screw for flanged-shaft mounting saddle > Initial tightening 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  > Final tightening torque angle 60° 
26. Left flanged-shaft bearing
27. Lock -replace!
