Removing Oil Guide Housing
- Danger of poisoning or suffocation

→ Ventilate the work area well.
→ Never ingest or inhale.
→ Read specific information on the Hazard Sheet.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Do not smoke, eat or drink in the work area.

→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
- Danger of fire or explosion
→ Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.
→ Use suction to remove ignitable vapours.
→ Attach warning sign in a clearly visible position.
→ Contain leaked media using non-flammable absorbent material and put it in a container designed for this purpose for disposal in accordance with local requirements.
→ Secure collection containers/vessels to prevent them from tipping over.
- Remove oil intake tube -1-

- 1.1 Unscrew screw on oil intake tube -2- .
- 1.2 Remove oil intake tube -1- from the oil pump.
- Disconnect electric wire harness -2-
.

- 2.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1- .
- 2.2 Unclip line clips -Arrows- and set electric wire harness -2- aside.
- Unscrew and remove screws -1 and 2-

- Unscrew screws in the sequence -19 to 1-

Information
To prevent dirt from getting into the lubrication system, open parts of the engine must be covered.
- Remove oil guide housing -1-
.

- 5.1 Screw in screws -2- as far as they will go by hand.
- 5.2 Screw in screws -2- alternately in diagonally opposite sequence by half a turn until the oil guide housing -1- is released.
- 5.3 Unscrew screws -2- and remove oil guide housing -1- .
- Pull off dowel sleeves on crankcase -1-
