Removing Oil Cooler

Information 

Risk of contaminating the lubricating system

• Cover open parts of the cylinder head. 

1. Disconnect positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  at the right intake distributor. -2-

2. Press positive crankcase ventilation line aside -1-  using a screwdriver/wedge.

   1. 2.1  Unscrew screw. -2- 

      Information 

      Risk of contaminating the oil cooler.

      Cover open parts of the oil cooler.

3. Remove oil cooler. -3-

   Removing oil cooler

   1. 3.1  Unscrew screws. -2- 
   2. 3.2  Loosen oil cooler -3-  and remove with positive crankcase ventilation line.
   3. 3.3  Remove residual sealant from the oil cooler -3-  and cylinder block using a rotating plastic brush.
