Preliminary Work

Remove rear door panel trim.
- > 70611903 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR DOOR PANEL TRIM
Remove door warning light.
- > WM, 961619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DOOR WARNING LIGHT

For sun blind (on door window):

3.1 Extend sun blind (on door window) -1- and pull sun blind (on door window) -1- away from the door window slightly -Arrow- using your hand.

3.2 Release the spring mechanism for the actuating rod on the sun blind (on door window) -1- by pressing it using a 1.5-mm Allen key -2- .

3.3 Pull sun blind (on door window) -1- off the actuating rod -2- .

3.4 Retract actuating rod -1- .

3.5 If sun blind (on door window) is defective and retracted

Open cover -1- by hand and release sun blind (on door window) -2- by pressing the spring mechanism for the actuating rod using a 1.5 mm Allen key -3- .
