Do not stretch the roof assembly seal during installation.

The seam of the roof assembly seal must be aligned in the middle of the roof at the rear, otherwise the vent holes will be squashed.

Pull protective film off the adhesive tape in sections only and at the same time press the roof assembly seal onto the roof cut-out for the sliding roof with the help of another person.
- Lift up roof assembly seal -1-
in the centre roof area at the rear -2-
, pull off protective film at the left and press roof assembly seal on all the way around.

- Cut off projecting end of the roof assembly seal cleanly using a suitable tool.
Make sure there is no gap between the ends of the seal.
- Press on the roof assembly seal -1-
over its entire length without tension in accordance with the contour of the sliding roof using > 9886/1 - press-on roller
