Installing Brake Booster Vacuum Pump

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
1. 1.1 Clean contact surfaces on the brake booster vacuum pump and cylinder head.
2. 1.2 Replace sealing rings on the brake booster vacuum pump and vacuum line and grease them.
3. 1.3 Align the brake booster vacuum pump driver exactly on the groove of the outlet camshaft.
4. 1.4 Tighten screws securing brake booster vacuum pump to cylinder head.
  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
5. 1.5 Tighten screws for wire harness.
  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
