Removing Rear Wheel Cover (Sport Design)

Information 

Wheel arch trims (Sport Design) cannot be removed without irreparable damage and therefore must always be replaced.

  1. Unscrew screws -1-  .

  2. Unscrew nuts -2-  .

  3. Heat strips of adhesive tape in the marked area using a > V.A.G 1416 - hot-air blower  and carefully loosen rear wheel cover (Sport Design) from below using a plastic wedge.

  4. Remove rear wheel cover (Sport Design) -1-  .

    Rear wheel cover (Sport Design)

    1. 4.1 Unclip rear wheel cover (Sport Design) -1-  evenly all the way around using a plastic wedge.
    2. 4.2 Remove rear wheel cover (Sport Design) -1-  upwards.
