- The vehicle, components and adhesives must be brought to processing temperature (acclimatized) before getting started. Processing temperature must be maintained for approx. 30 minutes before starting to work on the bonding surfaces.
- Bonding surfaces must be free of oil, grease, old adhesive, rust, dirt and moisture.
- Always wear clean gloves when touching the cleaned surfaces to ensure that no sweat from your hands or dirt is transferred onto the bonding surfaces.
- Silicone and Teflon sprays cannot be used anywhere in the workshop area.
