WARNING: Incorrect handling of airbag triggering unit 
  • Malfunction in airbag system 
    1. → Never drive with an untaught or unlocked airbag triggering unit.
    2. → Teach and lock the airbag triggering unit using the > 9718 - PIWIS Tester.  The warning light will flash continuously until you teach and lock the airbag triggering unit.
    3. → Inspection and assembly work may only be carried out by specialist staff.
