Removing Bypass Flap Control Box

  1. Remove control box.
    1. 1.1  Pull off vacuum hose -1-  .
    2. 1.2  Pull off retaining spring -3-  and pull control rod off the actuating lever -4-  on the turbocharger.
    3. 1.3  Unscrew nuts -2 and 5-  and remove control box.
