Teaching PVTS Driver Cards (Vehicles Without Era GLONASS (Without I-No. NZ3))

NOTIFICATION 

Voltage drop 

• Irreparable damage to control unit 
• Damage to control unit 
• Fault entries in the control unit 
• Control unit programming/coding is aborted 
• Malfunctions in the control unit, even during programming 
  1. Switch off ignition before disconnecting the control unit.
  2. Make sure that the power supply is not interrupted during programming/coding.
  3. Connect the battery charger with at least > current 90 A  to the vehicle battery.

1. Connect the Tester to the vehicle and start it. Switch on ignition.
2. Select the vehicle type if required.
3. Select the Gateway  control unit in the Overview.  Press F12 to continue. The message "Create Vehicle Analysis Log (VAL)?" appears. Press F11 to continue.
4. Maintenance/repairs  must now be selected.
5. Teach driver cards  must be selected. Press F12 to continue.
6. Follow the instructions on the Tester. Press F12 to continue.
7. Perform procedure according to menu guidance. Read and follow the information and instructions on the Tester.
8. Back to the overview.
9. Read out the fault memory  and erase it if necessary.
