Installing ATF Cooler

Information
- Aluminium screws must always be replaced.
- Aluminium screws must be secured using the yield-strength procedure.
- To ensure that the screws are tightened uniformly, the specified tightening setting "light, medium or hard" must be used.
- The threshold torque (initial tightening) must be set on the > 9768 - electronic torque wrench from 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.) when tightening using the yield-strength procedure.
- Check seals on the oil lines and replace them if necessary.
- Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Fastening screw securing holder for oil lines to transmission > Initial tightening + yield strength 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.) .
Fastening screw securing ATF cooler to transmission > Initial tightening + yield strength 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.) .
