Installing Guide Sleeve

Clean the guide sleeve, transmission input shaft and release lever.
Grease contact surfaces and lubrication points.
1. 2.1 Grease the guide sleeve with a thin coating of Kluberalfa HM83-801.
2. 2.2 Grease the splines of the transmission input shaft with Longtime 3EP.
3. 2.3 Grease the contact points -arrows- on the release lever with a light coating of Kluberalfa HM83-801.

Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Fastening screw for release lever retaining bracket > Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.) .

Fastening screws securing holder to the guide sleeve > Tightening torque 24 Nm (18 ftlb.) .
