Installing Clutch Master Cylinder

WARNING:
Danger of injury and damage from brake fluid!
- Poisonous if swallowed!
- Irritation and damage to skin
- Avoid contact with paint surfaces
- forward Store brake fluid in suitable, labelled containers only
- forward Wear protective gloves and goggles
- forward In the event of contact (eyes or skin), wash immediately with water
- forward In the event of contact with paint surfaces, wash off immediately with water - do not wipe off
- Position clutch master cylinder -arrow A-
and lock it by turning it clockwise -arrow B-
.
- Pull stoppers off the supply and pressure lines.
- Connect supply and pressure lines.
- Plug in electric plug connection -Arrow-
until the connector engages securely.
- Press in retaining clip for push rod -1-
in the clutch pedal -2-

) until it clicks into place.
Information
- Due to a production change on new vehicles, adhesive pads are used instead of rubber sleeves.
- The Porsche Spare Parts Catalog has expanded the list of adhesive pads so that the relevant parts variant can be ordered.
- Release clutch power spring assembly.
