Installing Oil Tank

Information
- O-rings must always be replaced.
- O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep.
- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Replace O-ring on the oil tank flange.
- 1.2 Replace all O-rings on the oil lines
- 1.3 Tighten screw securing oil tank to turbocharger to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .
- 1.4 Tighten screws securing oil lines to oil tank to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .
- 1.5 Tighten screw securing heat shield to oil tank to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .
