Removing Oil Feed Line For Turbocharger

NOTIFICATION
Mixing fluids
- Risk of damage to components
- → Close off all openings immediately after exposing them (with adhesive tape, suitable stoppers).
Information
- O-rings must always be replaced.
- O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep.
- Loosen holder -1
- for electric line -2
- at the oil line.
- Remove oil feed line for turbocharger -1

- 2.1 Unscrew screw -2 - on the cylinder head -4 -.
- 2.2 Unscrew screws -3 - on the connections.
- 2.3 Unscrew screw -5 - using tool > VAS 6959 - Torx screwdriver insert T30 .
- 2.4 Disconnect oil line -1 - at the top of the cylinder head -4 -.
- 2.5 Disconnect oil line -1 - at the turbocharger -6 -.
- 2.6 Guide out oil line -1 - and remove it in an upward direction.
- 2.7 Collect emerging oil.
