Removing Coolant Line

  1. Follow routing of vacuum hose -1  - and unclip it from the coolant line -2  - (-arrows-  ).
  2. Unscrew fastening screw on coolant line holder at the top -3  -.

  3. Unscrew fastening screw -1  - from distributor housing -2  -.

  4. Have suitable material ready to collect emerging coolant and have a suitable stopper ready for closing off the connection opening on the turbocharger and coolant line.
  5. Unscrew fastening screw -1  - from turbocharger -2  -.

  6. Disconnect coolant line -1  - with flange from the turbocharger -2  - (-arrow  -) and collect emerging coolant.
  7. Close off connection opening on the turbocharger -2  - and coolant line -1  - using suitable stoppers.

  8. Unclip coolant line -1  - from retaining clip -2  - on the air-conditioning compressor holder.

  9. Loosen clamp -1  - on the coolant hose -2  - using a suitable tool and pull coolant hose -2  - off the coolant line -3  -.
  10. Guide out coolant line -3  -.

  11. When replacing the coolant line -1  -, loosen clamp -2  - using a suitable tool and pull off the breather hose -3  -.
