Preliminary Work

1. Remove fan frame in engine compartment.

Removing and installing low-temperature cooler in engine compartment 

Information 

Shown on driver's side; the steps are identical for the passenger's side.

Information 

Collect escaping coolant in a suitable container.

Information 

• Coat O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93). 

1. Open clamps -2-  and disconnect coolant hoses -3-  from low-temperature cooler.

2. Unscrew screws -4-  and remove low-temperature cooler -1-  .

3. Installation is performed in reverse order.
