Installing Directional-Control Valve For Thermal Management

WARNING:
Caustic fluids
- Danger of chemical burns
- → Wear personal protective gear.
- → Ensure that there is good ventilation.
- → Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
- → If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
- Check sealing ring on the directional-control valve and replace it if necessary.
- Coat sealing rings and inside of coolant hose lightly with Kluber Plus Gel.
- Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Fastening screw securing holder to coolant connection piece > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) .
Fastening screws for directional-control valve > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .
