Installing Coolant Pipe

Information 

• Replace O-rings on the cooling system. 
• Clean plug connection and coolant hoses before assembly. 
• Remove stoppers before fitting the coolant lines and hoses. 

1. Coat new O-rings with the prescribed lubricant.
2. Install coolant pipe with new O-rings.
   1. 2.1 Fit coolant pipe -1-  using screws -2 and 3-  .
   2. 2.2 Tighten screws -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 

   3. 2.3 Tighten screw -3-  .

      > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)

3. Install heat shield -2-  on the coolant pump.
   1. 3.1 Fit and tighten screws -1-  .

      > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
