Removing Centre Coolant Pipe At The Left

Information
The coolant connection can be accessed from above through the service opening on the rear wall.
- Release and disconnect coolant connection -5-
.
Centre coolant pipe, left
- Unscrew fastening screws -4-
on the center brace plate -3-
.
Information
The holder for the plug connections must not be removed.
- Unclip center brace plate -3- from holder for the plug connections.
- Unscrew and remove fastening screws -6- on the front brace plate -5- .
- Unclip front brace plate -5- from the coolant pipes.
- Unscrew fastening screws -2-
and remove rear strut -1-
.
Strut and brace plates on underbody
- Release electric plug connection -1- on the center coolant temperature sensor at the left -2- and disconnect it.
- Loosen clamp -3- and pull coolant hose off the center coolant pipe at the left -2- .
- Unclip vacuum line from the center coolant pipe at the left -2- (-4- ).
- Guide out center coolant pipe at the left -2-
