Installing Diagonal Arm

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Install diagonal arm in reverse order.

1.1 Only for right-hand side of vehicle: Fit protective plate -1- (twist lock must be touching the body!)

Fitting protective plate

1.2 Tighten threaded joints to the specified tightening torque.

Diagonal arm to lower trailing arm > Tightening torque 160 Nm (118 ftlb.)

Diagonal arm to body -2- : > Initial tightening 80 Nm (59 ftlb.) > Final tightening + 60°
