Removing Housing Neck For Left HALFSHAFT Flange

- forward Let the fluid cool down.
- forward Wear personal protective gear.

Place a suitable container underneath to collect emerging oil.
Information

The ATF cooler must only be loosened as far as required so that the upper left screw on the housing neck is accessible.
Loosen ATF cooler.
1. 2.1 Unscrew fastening screw -1- for the oil lines.
2. 2.2 Unscrew fastening screws -2- on the ATF cooler.
3. 2.3 Guide ATF cooler with connected oil lines out of the transmission and press it up slightly in order to access the screw -4- . Collect emerging oil.
4. 2.4 Unscrew and remove fastening screw -4- .

Unscrew fastening screws -3- on the housing neck -5- and remove housing neck -5- .
