Spring strut locking device installed when starting to drive

Spring strut locking devices are installed on the front axle on new vehicles in order to avoid damage to the floorpan assembly during transport (e.g. during loading and unloading). This increases the ground clearance of the vehicle.
No spring strut locking devices are required on the rear axle.
Do not send removed spring strut locking devices back to Porsche. Dispose of them on-site.
