  1. Left cooler (with condenser)
  2. Right cooler (with condenser)
  3. >Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 
  4. Speed nut
  5. >Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 
  6. Middle cooler
  7. Collar nut, M6 > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

  2. Fastening nut for coolant reservoir > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  3. Filler neck
  4. Coolant reservoir cap
  5. Vent line
  6. Filler hose

  1. Coolant pipe, front right
  2. Fastening screw securing holder for coolant pipes on rear of front-axle carrier> Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  3. Coolant pipe, front left
  4. Fastening screw for coolant pipe holder, front> Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Disc valve holder to body (engine compartment) Collar nut, M6 Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  
Coolant reservoir to body Screw, M6 x 25 Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)  
Temperature sensor in coolant pipe M14 x 1.5 - replace seal Tightening torque 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)  

Additional coolant pump:

Coolant pump for turbocharger

  1. Additional coolant pump for turbocharger
  2. Additional coolant pump holder
  3. Screw, M6 > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 
  4. Spring band clamp
  5. Supply hose
  6. Feed line
  7. O-rings - replace
