Subsequent Work

Install sub-frame -1 - for front-axle carrier with control unit for Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) and retaining straps for the fuel tank.
1. 1.1 Attach sub-frame -1 - for front-axle carrier and fit fastening screws -2 - so that the electric plug connection on control unit for Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) can be connected.
2. 1.2 Connect electric plug connection to control unit for Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) until the lock locks securely.
3. 1.3 Screw in and tighten fastening screws -2 - on sub-frame -1 - for front-axle carrier to > Tightening torque 65 Nm (47.9 ftlb.) .
4. 1.4 Tighten screws -3 - used to secure the coolant pipes to sub-frame -1 - for front-axle carrier to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.) .

Install brace plates -5 and 3- .
1. 2.1 Clip in front brace plate -5 - on the coolant pipes.
2. 2.2 Screw in and tighten fastening screws -6 - on the front brace plate -5 - to > Tightening torque 65 Nm (48 ftlb.) .
3. 2.3 Clip in center brace plate -3 - on holder for the plug connections.
4. 2.4 Screw in and tighten fastening screws -4 - on the center brace plate -3 - to > Tightening torque 65 Nm (48 ftlb.) .

Install front underbody cover.
> WM, 519219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT UNDERBODY
Install center underbody cover.
> WM, 519319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR CENTRE UNDERBODY
Install rear underbody cover.
> WM, 519419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR REAR UNDERBODY
Install battery console.
> WM, 508419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING BATTERY CONSOLE
Remove warning sign No naked flames, fire, open ignition sources or smoking.
