- Remove engine compartment lid.

- Relieve fuel pressure in the system.
- 2.1 Remove cover on the fuse carrier in the passenger compartment at the front left.
- 2.2 In row B

-, pull out the (20-amp) fuse -2
- for the fuel pump.

- Start the engine and wait until it cuts out.
This can take up to 5 minutes!
