- Pre-treat corroded components with anti-rust agent or heat.
Information
- Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle or a similar component.
- Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.
- Screw off lock nuts -1
- on the two-hole flange.
Only for vehicles with exhaust flaps:
- Pull off vacuum hose -3
- for exhaust flap.
- 2.1 Loosen clip -4 -.
- 2.2 Pull the vacuum hose -3 - off the control box -5 -.
- Loosen screws -1
- at the clamps -2

- The help of another person is required for removing and installing the silencer.
- Remove both rear silencers.
