Removing Oil Pump

Oil pump with accessories

1. Oil pump
2. Oil suction pump seal - replace
3. Oil pump seal - replace
4. O-ring, 30 x 2.5 - replace
5. Strainer
6. Screw, M6 x 45
7. Oil pressure control valve with cable and connector
8. Countersunk screw, M6 x 22
9. Cable clip
10. Screw, M6 x 16
11. O-ring, 20 x 3 - replace
12. Oil pressure pipe
13. Screw, M6 x 80
14. Screw, M6 x 30
15. Spring clamp for cable plug for oil pressure control valve (outside of oil pan)

1. Loosen oil pump sprocket -1-  .
   1. 1.1 Position the oil pump gear by turning it clockwise so that the two bores are parallel -X-  to the sealing face.

      3. Fastening screw, M8 x 22 - only use once

      X  Parallel position of two bores

   2. 1.2 Position special tool > 9791 - retaining device-1-  on the oil pump gear.

      Special tool 9791 for countering sprocket

   3. 1.3 Loosen internal Torx screw (M8 x 22) -2-  using socket-wrench insert (T45).

      Screw on oil pump gear

      1. Tool
      2. Fastening screw for sprocket
   4. 1.4 Remove special tool.
2. Unscrew screw on the sprocket, pull sprocket off the driver and leave sprocket in the timing chain.
   1. 2.1 Replace sprocket screw! 
3. Remove oil pump -1-  .
   1. 3.1 Remove oil pipe -5-  . Unscrew screws -6-  and disconnect oil pipe.
   2. 3.2 Unscrew screws -3 and 4-  on oil pump and lift off the oil pump.
   3. 3.3 Replace O-rings and seals!
