Mounting Double Clutch Transmission

NOTIFICATION 

Mechanical overload of components 

• Component will be damaged irreparably 
  • forward Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly

1. Fit Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK).

   Get another person to help! 

   1. 1.1 Fit and tighten screws -3 to 5-  first, then screws -1 and 2-  .

   2. 1.2 Tighten all screws uniformly.

      > Tightening torque 85 Nm (63 ftlb.) 

   3. 1.3 Tighten screw -1-  using > VAS 6953 - ring spanner insert, E18-2-  and > V.A.G 1332 - torque wrench, 40-200 Nm (30-148 ftlb.)-3-  .

      > Tightening torque 85 Nm (63 ftlb.)

   4. 1.4 Remove tensioning straps.
