Removing Transmission-Oil Pump

- Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1- .
- Disengage locking lugs on lock -2- for transmission oil line -3- and pull the lock -2- off the transmission-oil pump -4- .
- Pull transmission oil line -3-
off the transmission-oil pump -4-
.
To do this, unclip transmission oil line -3- from the holder -5- if necessary.
- Unscrew fastening screws -6-
.
Information
The transmission-oil pump must not be driven out completely in a step. To prevent tilting and damage, the transmission-oil pump must be loosened slowly and carefully at several sides alternately.
- Loosen transmission-oil pump from the transmission.
- 5.1 Fit a suitable tool -1-
under a projecting flange on the transmission-oil pump -2-
and loosen it carefully by tapping gently, e.g. using a plastic hammer -arrow-
.
- 5.2 Fit a suitable tool, e.g. an assembly lever, at a suitable position under the opposite projecting flange on the transmission-oil pump -1- and loosen it further -arrow- .
- 5.1 Fit a suitable tool -1-
under a projecting flange on the transmission-oil pump -2-
and loosen it carefully by tapping gently, e.g. using a plastic hammer -arrow-
.
- Remove transmission-oil pump evenly.
