Installation overview for drive belt

1. Drive belt
2. Generator pulley
3. Deflection roller
4. Air-conditioning compressor pulley
5. Crankshaft vibration damper
6. Tensioning roller for belt tensioner
7. Coolant pump pulley

1. Relieve the drive belt.
   1. 1.1 Fit a suitable tool -1-  on the hexagon of the belt tensioner -2-  , screw in clockwise as far as it will go and hold at this position. -arrow- 
   2. 1.2 Remove drive belt -3-  from the tensioning roller.
   3. 1.3 Carefully allow the belt tensioner -2-  to turn back to its original position.

2. Guide out and remove drive belt -1-  .

   Information 

   • Check for foreign objects in the grooves of the pulley. 
3. Check pulleys for damage.
