Installing Drive Belt

Removing and installing drive belt
Fit the drive belt.
1. 2.1 Fit drive belt on the pulleys and align along the grooves on the pulleys. First release tensioning roller.
2. 2.2 Fit a suitable tool -1- on the belt tensioner -2- , screw in clockwise as far as it will go and hold at this position.
3. 2.3 Fit drive belt -3- on tensioning roller.
4. 2.4 Carefully allow the belt tensioner -2- to turn back into its original position, thereby tightening the drive belt.
5. 2.5 Check that the drive belt is seated and tensioned correctly.
