Installing Servo Motor For Front Right Temperature Mixing Flap

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

    Screw in and tighten screws securing servo motor for right front temperature mixing flap to air conditioner > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.) 

    Screw in and tighten screws securing sound box to air conditioner > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.) 

    Screw in and tighten screws securing cover to air conditioner > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.) 

    Tighten clamps for coolant lines > Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.) 

    Screw in and tighten screws securing holder for coolant lines to air conditioner > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.)
