Installing Servo Motor For Fresh Air/Ram Air Flap

Installation is performed in reverse order.
Check the following: Both gear wheels -1 and 2- on the servo motor -3- fit only at one position with respect to each other.
1. 2.1 If the servo motor is installed and the position of the gear wheel -2- on the servo motor is different to the position before removal, the servo motors must be taught.
2. 2.2 If the servo motor is installed and the position of the gear wheel -2- on the servo motor is the same as it was before removal, the servo motors do not have to be taught.
3. 2.3 If a new servo motor is installed, the servo motors must be taught.

Position of servo motor gear wheels
Screw in and tighten screws > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.)
