Following repair work near the fuel line for the auxiliary heating system, check the following points:

• Perform on-board diagnosis of the auxiliary heating system using the vehicle diagnostic tester. 
• If parts of the fuel system were removed or replaced, make sure that all components for extracting fuel for the auxiliary heating system are installed properly. 
• To avoid confusing the coolant hoses, mark them before removal. 
• Check that the fuel lines are routed flush with the underbody and are protected from mechanical damage.
