Removing Oil/Water Heat EXCHANGER

Information 

Risk of contaminating the lubricating system

• Cover open parts of the cylinder head. 
  1. Disconnect positive crankcase ventilation hose -1-  and set it aside.

  2. Remove oil/water heat exchanger -3-  .

     Removing oil/water heat exchanger

     1. 2.1 Unscrew and remove screws -2-  .

        Information 

        Risk of contaminating the oil cooler.

        Cover open parts of the oil cooler.

     2. 2.2 Loosen oil/water heat exchanger -3-  from the bonding and remove it.
