Installing Rotor Position Sensor

- Replace gasket -1-

Seal
- Fit rotor position sensor -3-
and tighten new
screws -2-
evenly with > Tightening torque 7 Nm (5.2 ftlb.)

Rotor position sensor
- 2.1 Connect and lock electric plug connection for rotor position sensor -1-
.
The electric plug connection must engage perceptibly.
- 2.1 Connect and lock electric plug connection for rotor position sensor -1-
.
- Only V6 Hybrid:
Position heat shield -2-
and fit and tighten screws -1-
.
> Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
Only V6 Hybrid heat shield for rotor position sensor
- 3.1 For vehicles with particle filter: Fit and tighten screw -3- .
