Installing Cylinder Head - Left Cylinder Bank

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
1. 1.1 The cylinder-head gasket must be replaced following removal.
2. 1.2 The cylinder-head screws must be replaced following removal.
3. 1.3 All sealing faces must be clean and free of grease.
4. 1.4 Screw in cylinder-head screws as far as they will go by hand and tighten according to the specified tightening sequence.
  1. 1.4.1 Tighten screws on the cylinder head -1 to 8- to > Initial tightening 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) .
  2. 1.4.2 Tighten screws on the cylinder head -1 to 8- to > Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) .
  3. 1.4.3 Tighten screws on the cylinder head -1 to 8- to > Torque angle + 90° .
  4. 1.4.4 Tighten screws on the cylinder head -1 to 8- to > Final tightening + 90° .
  5. 1.4.5 Tighten screw on the cylinder head -9- to > Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .
  6. 1.4.6 Tighten screw on the cylinder head -10- to > Initial tightening 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) .
  7. 1.4.7 Tighten screw on the cylinder head -9- to > Torque angle + 90° .
  8. 1.4.8 Tighten screw on the cylinder head -10- to > Torque angle + 90° .
5. 1.5 Tighten screws for coolant pipe to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.) .
6. 1.6 Tighten screws on coolant control valve to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) .
7. 1.7 Tighten screw on guide for oil dipstick to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) .
8. 1.8 Tighten screw for vacuum line to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.) .
9. 1.9 Replace O-ring on turbocharger coolant line.
10. 1.10 Screw securing turbocharger coolant line to cylinder head:
  V6 monoturbo: > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
  
  V6 biturbo: > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
