Installing Generator

Generator bushes

• Before installing the new generator, push the threaded bushes -1- out by approx. 4 mm. 

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Screw in and tighten screws securing generator to crankcase > Tightening torque 22 Nm (16 ftlb.) 

   Screw in and tighten nut securing B+ line to generator > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
