Removing Transmission

Loosen right exhaust system holder -2- on the primary catalytic converter. To do this, unscrew the screw -1- .

Remove exhaust system holder -2- at the right of the transmission.

Disconnect cable plug -arrow- for reverse gear on the transmission.

Disconnect cable plug on transmission sensor -arrow- and remove line from the bracket.

Remove slave cylinder from the transmission and secure it in the transmission tunnel. The hydraulic line must not be opened.
Remove chassis brace.

Support transmission with transmission jack and secure with a retaining strap.
Unscrew fastening screws -1- on the transmission support.

Unscrew fastening screws -1- securing transmission to engine.

Remove transmission from the engine and lower it slightly.
Remove the shift and selector cables at the top of the transmission.

Remove transmission.
