Subsequent work

1. Install new radial shaft seal. → 386955 REPLACING SEALING RING FOR PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)
2. Install flywheel. → 136019 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FLYWHEEL
3. Top up ATF. → WM 370235 CHECKING AND TOPPING UP ATF Changing ATF

   Information 

   The PIWIS Tester  instructions take precedence and in the event of a discrepancy these are the instructions that must be followed. Deviations may occur with later software versions.

4. Calibrate Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) using PIWIS Tester II 9818. 
   1. 4.1. PIWIS Tester II 9818  must be connected to the vehicle before starting the System Tester.
   2. 4.2. Switch on ignition.
   3. 4.3. Select the required vehicle type.
   4. 4.4. Select the Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) control unit and press [>>] to continue.
   5. 4.5. Select the Maintenance/repairs menu and press [>>] to confirm your selection.
   6. 4.6. Select "Calibration after replacing transmission mechanism components/Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)" and press [F8] to start.
   7. 4.7. The message "Calibration completed successfully" appears. Press pF12] to end the process.
   8. 4.8. Change terminals.
   9. 4.9. Wait 30 seconds.
   10. 4.10. Switch on the ignition.
