Removing DME Control Unit

- Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Installation position

Unscrew the two fastening screws

Removing control unit holder
Looser the fastening nut -2- .
Pull the holder forward in direction of travel and lift it up and out.
Release the latch on both connectors -1, 2- (-a- ) and remove the two connectors from the DME control unit.

Releasing connector
Unscrew and remove the six fastening screws -3- on the holder and remove the holder from the DME control unit.
