Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS

  2. WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

    Raise and support the vehicle.

  3. Refer to: STARTER MOTOR
  4. Refer to: TRANSMISSION - TDV6 3.0L DIESEL

    • Install the special tool.
    • Special Tool(s): 303-1123 
  6. CAUTION: Discard the bolts.
    NOTE: Prevent the flexplate from rotating.
