Removing Hydraulic Cylinder (Convertible-Top Compartment Lid)

CAUTION: Incorrect handling of hydraulic system

Risk of damage to hydraulic system
Malfunction in hydraulic system

→ Do not bend, trap or crush hydraulic lines.

→ Protect hydraulic system from contamination.

Information

During assembly work, get another person to hold the lid open.

Remove safety clips -1- .

Remove hydraulic cylinder -2- and place it in the vehicle.
Disconnect wire harness.

1. 3.1. Release connector. -arrow A-
2. 3.2. Pull off connector. -arrow B-
Unclip wire harness at the roll-over bar -3- .

Cut tie-wraps -4- .
Screw off line on the pump. → 618419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HYDRAULIC PUMP
Remove hydraulic cylinder with lines.
