Installing Front Transmission Cover

Install front transmission cover.
Coat front transmission cover with Loctite 574.

Position and press on front transmission cover, screw in screws -1- and then tighten them.

→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.)

Install transmission oil pump.
→ Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.)

Install transmission oil cooler with bracket and accessories.

1. 3.1. Installing transmission oil cooler -1- .
  Screw transmission oil hose onto transmission and position transmission oil cooler -1- with bracket and accessories on the transmission housing, screw in the screws -3- and then tighten them.
  
  → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.)
  
  → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft. lb.)
2. 3.2. Connect electric connections.
  Secure wire harness to transmission.
