Fitting Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

Coat shaft teeth on the PDK with Longtime 3EP .

Attach transmission using workshop crane and suspending device 3033 .
Refit transmission to engine and screw in new fastening screws -1- . Initial tightening 38 Nm (28 ftlb.) Torque angle 90°

Install catalytic converter on the left and right. → INSTALLING PRIMARY CATALYTIC CONVERTER
Together with all-wheel drive:
- Replace circlip on input flange of all-wheel final drive.
- Coating input flange -arrow- on all-wheel final drive lightly with Anti Seize
- Fit impact puller 9799 to the groove in the connecting shaft using 4 screws.
- Attach connecting shaft on all-wheel final drive and fit using impact puller 9799 (-arrow- ) until ring → Removing and fitting connecting shaft on transmission is visible.
- Then remove the impact puller 9799 from the connecting shaft.
