Installing Selector Support

Do not apply lateral forces to the pull rod as it could break off.

If the fastening screws -2- on the upper part of the support have to be loosened, the lower part of the support must always be replaced.

Install lower part of support:
1. 1.1. Guide selector lever cable into the support and make sure that the grommet is inserted correctly.
2. 1.2. Insert lower part of support -1- .
3. 1.3. Screw in fastening screws -2- on lower part of support. → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

4. 1.4. Fit fastening clamp -1- on the selector lever cable connection -2- .

5. 1.5. Insert foam.

Align selector lever cable. -arrows-

Install upper part of support:
1. 3.1. Insert upper part of support.
2. 3.2. Press upper part of support on from above until the ball joint of the upper part of the support engages securely in the socket of the selector lever cable.
3. 3.3. Screw in fastening screws -2- for the support -1- . → Tightening torque: 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)
4. 3.4. Plug in cable plug -3- .
